Tec 40 course

The PADI Tec 40 course expands on the skills of a recreational diver to include more advanced techniques. This course introduces students both to air compression and trimix 65. It also teaches advanced skills in tec deep diving. Students at Tec 40 can also learn to use back gas and master buoyancy controls. They will also learn advanced nitrox theory.

The Tec40 course emphasizes team-diving techniques, self-reliance in the water, and communication in the water. Decompression theory is also taught to students, which makes it easier to plan dives. In addition, the course provides a detailed session on diving equipment configuration and best practices for recreational divers.
