Molasses Reef
The popular dive spot for the south section is Molasses Reef. This area is home to large grouper and sharks, as well as tarpon, eels, tarpon, eagle Rays, and eagles. This dive site is protected by the Sanctuary Preservation Area. Fishing is strictly prohibited. The name Molasses Reef came from the fact that the SS Slobodna, a ship trying to transport cotton back to Europe, ran aground here.
Southpoint Divers

M/V Phoenix comes with a cameratable, fresh water showers as well as storage space. It also has two dive ladders. It can transport up to 40 divers.
