St Lucia has many options for scuba divers. Near the Anse Chastanet coral reef, you will find some of the most breathtaking dives. These dives are suitable for all levels of scuba divers, even those who aren't comfortable diving. They have the largest variety of corals and range in height from 10 to 25 ft.
Anse Chastanet Reef
Anse Chastanet Resort is situated on a 600-acre estate that includes two beaches of volcanic black and pristine reefs. The resort offers excellent snorkeling, scuba diving, and other non-motorized watersports. You can either relax on the beach, or take part in guided hikes. A chocolate laboratory and an organic farm are also located on the estate.
Ansechastanet has received numerous awards, including five Best Of Readers' Choice Awards. It is both a great place to learn and a great spot for experienced divers. You will find wrecks, wall dives, and boat diving in the reef. Many divers love night diving on the Anse Chastanet coral reef.

Dani Koyomaru
Divers who wish to dive in Saint Lucia can choose from a number of options. You have two choices: you can go to Rosemond's Trench (which is smaller but still impressive), or you can dive deeper. This place is known for its vast schools of tropical fish, large man-sized sponges, intricate coral formations, and huge schools. It is also an excellent place to view the Saint Lucia reef system.
Just a few miles off the coast is Daini Koyomaru's wreck. In 1996, this Japanese dredger was sunk. Although the ship is partially submerged, the superstructure keeps the wreck upright. You can see the upturned decks and inscriptions in Japanese as well as other languages.
Dani Koyomaru dredger
The Daini Koyomaru dredged in 1996, a Japanese fishing vessel, is a fantastic wreck to dive. It is approximately 74 meters in length and 24 meters high. Sunk on its side, the dredger is now a safe dive site for experienced divers. French angelfish, garden and moray-eels, as well as barracudas, are some of the marine life that live in the dredger.
The 165-foot cargo ship Lesleen M, a Japanese dredger, is another popular St Lucia dive site. Although this site has shallow depths, it is home to some fascinating creatures such as scorpionfish and flying dragonflies.

Soufriere Marine Management Area
Scuba diving is an amazing way to experience the beauty of coral reefs in St Lucia's Soufriere Marine Management Area. The marine management area was created in order to protect the waters and maintain a healthy ecosystem. It was born out of conflict among resource users and environmental degradation. SMMA's creation was made possible by conflicts between local fishermen, scuba divers, and other fisherman.
Since 2004, the Soufriere Pictons site is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is managed to be a nature reserve. This site boasts some the best diving in St Lucia. The site is home to numerous coral species and has an abundance of tropical fish. This area is also famous for its abundance of predators as well as cetaceans. Divers can also enjoy the beauty of the marine biodiversity.
