Scuba eLearning can be used by educators and professionals as an online method of learning. Scuba eLearning features engaging, prescriptive reviews on scuba principles. It includes two equally important components. The knowledge review is done with ReActivate Online Learning, and the refresher of diving skills with PADI Professional. Divers who successfully complete the ReActivate program receive a new certification card, with a ReActivated date. Divers who have been trained previously by another organization might receive a ReActivate Recognizance Card. ReActivate eLearning consists of 20 main sections, as well several scenarios.
PADI eLearning is an internet based (online) form of study
PADI eLearning offers the same course content as traditional classroom training, but it is available online. Both course content as well as instructor procedures are the exact same. There are some variations. The eLearning program is not as detailed as the traditional classroom course, so the student must have some knowledge of computers and Internet technology to take advantage of it. The online courses are easier for busy people than any other method.
To enroll in online classes, you will need to use your PADI eLearning username. PADI requires that each student create an email account. This account can be used at no cost. To access your eLearning material, you must have a valid e-mail address. Your PADI training record must have your correct mailing address and email address so that you can receive your temporary cards and actual cards. Alternativly, you may use an older photograph of yourself from your previous PADI certification courses.
