Sherwood Scuba has a problem with its BC. It's not up to standard and doesn’t give customers the information they need to resolve the matter. When Undercurrent reader Thomas Cranmer had a problem with his BC, he emailed Sherwood twice and filled out its "Contact Us" form, but was unable to get an answer. In addition, there is no physical address listed on Sherwood's website. He sent a signed letter to the Irvine address in California. However, the letter was not forwarded.
