After completing the eLearning program, you will be able to meet with an instructor in a classroom for your first class. You will learn about the science and use of SCUBA diving equipment. An advanced scuba training course is available for NAUI members. This course is comprised of eight open water dives. The course also covers advanced procedures, navigation underwater, and emergency management. Upon completion of the course, the student will receive a NAUI certification card and NAUI registration. The online resource section includes many resources that can be used to study for advanced certification.
Randy's Dive Shop offers courses
The RANDY’S DIVER SHOP is a great place for learning scuba diving. The shop offers classes for all ages, including advanced and beginner courses. Each class is individual and requires registration. The instructor teaches from theory to pool sessions. Classes are held on consecutive weekends from 8am to 5:30pm with some exceptions. Students must attend all class sessions, and should bring their own lunches.
Randy's Dive Shop is a 40-year-old business located in Westmoreland County. After moving to the area, the McGhees started the business and have operated the shop for over 40 years from their home. Van and Barb McGhee both retired, and Randy's Dive Shop sold to Aaron Schilke and Chaia Schilke in North Huntingdon.
